Paprika has a bump on her eye

My veiled chameleon Paparika has had this weird bump in the front of her eye about two weeks and I don’t know what to do! Should I take her to the vet? I read some other threads, and people have said that there was shedding stuck in their eyes or it was a hydration problem? You can see the bump in the picture.

That looks like an infection. She needs to go to the vet. It looks like it's in the sinus cavity as well.
