Dr. Strauss.
Weston Animal Hospital. In the Weston Commons, in Broward.. he's my vet
Hey man, how'd it go with Dr.Strauss?
it went good he had some parasites =/ and coccidia and he's starting an eye infection thank god i took him on time he gave him some meds and a shot and i have some eye drops and other stuff i have to give him for 2 weeks then i go back that monday today i bought a timer and i was looking for a pothos but all i found were big ones =/ so i bought a small umbrella tomorrow i have to clean his cage and get the digital thermometers but thnx bro for recommending me for that spot it was 300$ but all i want is my boy to grow up bigi wish i had more time to check ur guys out it seems you have done a great job with those veiled's hopefully all your baby's grow up healthy thnx once again, what about you what was your reason for the visit ?
Hey man, that sucks that he has all that. The best way to keep his cage clean, specially now with coccidia.. you gotta be cleaning that cage daily.. look for todnedos post on coccidia.
I was there just to get a check up on my guys, they are all very healthy. the only one with problems was the jacksons cause I got it out of a bad situation. Dr. Strauss dewormed him and gave me some powdered food to give him until he is able to eat by himself.
Here's some good links about coccidia and the clean up. Coccidia is highly contagous so you will want to quarantine. I hope your vet gave you Ponazuril. It's the best drug to use for cociddia. Albon will make your cham sick and stop eating.

Just wanted you to know the cool thing about pothos is if you buy the big one you can cut off a piece of its long growth stick it in the ground and it will growfacinating plants
thnx jannb and i just checked and it is albon that i am supplementing him :S should i call him back... and btw the tiny gunk in the eye is gone for now i got a chance when i was rinsing it and putting his drops to take it out
Yes, I would stop the Albon and call back and request the Ponazuril. After 3 days of the Albon my guy stopped eating and the first and only time I had to force feed him. Then I stopped the Albon but it took awhile for him to start eating again. Your vet will have to get the Ponazuril from a compound pharmacy if it's not something they keep on hand and if they are still giving out Albon I'd say they don't have it on hand. I'd also provide you vet with the link that tell about the Ponazuril. It's been around for awhile now.
Keep the cage the way it is for now. Wait on the plant, otherwise you'll be cleaning that thing like crazy.
