Panther male or female...?

Bought this little chap back on the 28th Feb and since then he's grown a fair bit. He was sold as (probably) male, and about 3 months old then, which would put him at about 5 months now.

My question is whether he is indeed male or actually female?

I've looked at a fair few of these sex identification threads and that, along with a lack of colour so far, leads me to think he might actually be a her. I've looked at Olimpia's blog which has a great page on the growth of two males and that just leaves me thinking he still could be either - but I'd still expect to see more male traits by now if he is that age.

The pictures aren't brilliant, but I was hoping someone could give a more firm answer one way or the other. It's hard to tell the size, but he's probably about 10cm from nose to the base of his tail when not squished up as in the last photo.

Well, that was unexpected... she was originally meant to be a male. But I was beginning to think perhaps not, I'm glad of another more experienced opinion, thanks. I still love her anyway :)

What age do female chameleons become ready to start laying eggs? I've just started to research it now (thanks for those links). It's originally not something I looked into as I didn't consider it relevant and this is my first chameleon.
