Panther Locale and Sex?

I went to buy dog food at my local Petco and passed by this little angel. Can anyone help me confirm the locale and sex of this pretty baby? FYI my one and only cham is a female veiled named Emmy and I have no intention of buying/adopting another. My guess is a male, since it is brightly colored and has a pronounced rostral process with a lump at the base of its tail. Still unsure of the locale though. Thanks!

Locale would be a we have no idea... You really can not determine this unless you buy directly from a reputable breeder. You can get an idea when they are fully mature based on the colors they show. This is a young male.
