Nice! Looks like a fair amount of pathways. I'm always a fan of more foliage, although given time it looks like the live plants you have in there will help fill it out. Yes, an adult panther will need more room. My juveniles are in the same, but by next month I will have nice big 6ft tall outdoor enclosures 
How are your humidity and temp levels? No problems?
