Panther chameleon mouth sores ?

Hi I just recused this panther chameleon and I live no where near any reptile care . I can’t exactly figure out what I am doing wrong he just has these pieces around his mouth . He looks a lot better then when I got him but it’s been a few months and I haven’t seen his mouth improve .

Yup I agree with brody. ln the mean time there are things like manuka honey which have antibiotic properties that can help slow the spreading. Manuka honey probably isn't the only option, but it comes to mind first. This is not a replacement for vet care though, these infections can easily be deadly. I only mention the honey as a helpful measure before you take him in.
