Does anyone know what those white markings are?

I assume you are refering to the little white patch and not the white lines, but from the picture it just looks like his color. Does it remain white no matter what color he changes?

Yep those white patches, it only appears on his left side, is it an infection or its just his colour and Im being paranoid?

It kinda fades away at times, but he's still eating and behaving like normal tho

I am not a vet, but from the pictures it looks normal to me. He may be getting ready to shed. However, I would keep an eye on it and if it grows or he stops eating and drinking, I would take him to a vet.

I'd say it's a patch of shed forming. His whole body should be covered very soon. Only reason for it not to be a shed is if it has been there for a prolonged amount of time.
