Panther Chameleon health concern

I am concerned about my male Panther chameleon. He tends to close one eye in the later part of the day, also, i have noticed that some of his spikes are a darker color than usually, some are even black. He is eating normally and drinking plenty of water and also active.
Supplements are:
reptivite without D3= daily
nature zone "essential calcium and minerals (with d3)=twice a month
Repolife plus=3 times a month
Food consists of super worms and crickets daily, silkworms on occasion.

Can you fill out he how to ask for help(husbandry) form out. We cant help to much until we can see how you are taking care of him.
