Mix it up as much as possible. I start my guy out with a silk or hornworm. He then gets a few green banana roaches, and he rounded his day out with some Phoenix worms and Blue Bottle flies. Tomorrow might be a little different. Champs seem to get bored easily. I try to give him a range of different kinds of feeders in a day. A worm, something that flies, something to be cup fed if he's feeling lazy. Not just the same thing day in and day out.
