Panther Chameleon Enclosure question

hey guys im planning on buying a panther chameleon, i just have a quick question since the one i have is already on a free range.
Is it ok an enlosure with this size for a panther, for all of his life?
1.20m tall 45cm wide 75cms depth

If not, what chameleon species can i house in there?
or any other species, lets say geckos or something?

Is would say that cage size is absolutely fine! Is it a mesh cage?
