Hey, welcome to the forum!

From the photo it doesn't really look like shed, it looks as if he managed to injure himself (like a burn or a skin infection). I would take him to a vet to get that looked at because if it is an infection there's always the risk of it spreading, and burns/sores can also get infected, etc.

I wouldn't make you go for just stuck shed but that isn't what it looks like from the photos. It looks like something else is at play.

thank you for the welcoming ,

and thank you for the answer i will take him to the vet asap , it was a bit of stuck sking at first but i do think he tryed to get it off and cut himself with with something in the enclosure

Please update me with his condition. I have seen my panther shedded once and it didn't look like that. Yours looks like rot to me.

Nonetheless, he's gorgeous. My Brandon looks exactly like yours :) How old is he? And what's his weigh if you have any chance to scale him? Thanks. :)

And of course welcome to the forum!

hello again ,

just to keep you up to date i took him ot the vet to day and i can gladly say the his is fine is nothing to really worry about , what happen is that when he shed that bit it wasnt ready to fall off yet and instead of only takin the outer layer of skin it took deeper layers, all i have to do is give him an oinment twice a day for a week , the only permanent damage might be that the skin affected wont change colour as great as the other parts , but apar from that he is very healthy :)

and answering your question he is abour 50g and about 5 and a half moths old

thank you for everyone to welcoming me here and this forum really helps :D!

I would still recommend checking to make sure there is no place in the cage he could get burned. I would also recommend increasing the humidity if possible to make sure skin doesn't stayed attached on his next shed. Good luck and he is a pretty boy!
