Panther cham sleeping with mouth open?

I noticed the other night that my baby panther cham was sleeping with his mouth very slightly (barely noticable). After looking at him for so long he woke up and closed his mouth. However, last night i snuck in to look again and it looked as though he had his tounge sticking out (again barely noticable). I'm not sure if its a RI or what? It can't be that it's too hot given that i just raised my lamp lowering my temperatures... I'm not sure what i should do ???
my cage setup info is located on the post "help a first time chameleon keeper!!" in the health forum posted by myself, kelso a little less than a week ago.. i'm not sure how you guys link previous posts like you do. =]
note: i have raised my lamp since then so the basking temp sits at about 83 and rest of cage is aroung 73-76

Do you have a heat lamp at night turned on?
Please supply the link of your enclosure info, or just copy paste it in the thread.
You'll get much faster response than asking us to go back and forth searching your older post. :)
