Panacur for chameleons?

I'm just gathering info on all WC treatments.

Would this be suitable for chameleons?

If you give the chameleon panacur or any other drug to fight parasites without testing to see if it even has parasites or which parasites it has you may be missing some or treating the chameleon unnecessarily.
