Paint for cage

I am in the process of building a cage for my chameleons. I need to paint it and am not sure what kind of paint to use that will be safe for them. Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Im going to use flexseal. I thinks its a bit more durable than latex. imo anyway. Those cages look very nice and well put together. Thanks for sharing.
That is what I used was flexseal. I’m Re-doing an old wooden Barbie house that I found at a thrift store and pink and blue with Barbie and Ken just wasn’t my style. Thanks!
