I Just had ?? panthers hatch over 4 days. They are all from the same clutch.

Anyone wanna see if they can find them all. They are all in the first photo. The rest are just some shots I took of them.

30 is the magic number. It was a clutch of 41. 5 eggs still look like they will hatch and there are 6 bad eggs.

Are these your first baby panthers?

Second clutch ... The ones that hatched a month ago were very weak. Only a few survived. Not sure what happened. I know my AC went out and I think the temp spike started them to hatch.

The had big yolk sacs on them and were very small. Maybe Premature?
It was the females first clutch not sure if that has anything to do with it.

The eggs from this clutch exploded all over a few days. Babies are very strong and no yolk sack on them when they pop out.

I had 15 out when I got back form San Jose, took them out , looked into the box 30 min later and there were 7 more, 45 min later 5 more. Over the next few days they popped out a few more.

I remember you posting about pumpkins eggs thats why I guessed 41. What are your plans for them? We have our first set of eggs incubating right now. I kinda want to keep them til they start showing colors etc just because it's my first batch and I want the experience and maybe it will help me learn which babies should be held back in the future.

I am going to hold them as long as I can. I plan on letting some go and keep the nicest ones but at the same time I have a lot of eggs due. So it could get crazy

Aw, who couldn't love 35 babies at once! LOL At least they will all be at the same stage. I guess you'll be getting a big order of pinheads at the next meeting. How many groups are you going to split them into? BTW are they all girls?
