Outdoor Veiled breeding enclosure ideas?

Not only is this a concern, but there are some questions to consider with this as well. Do you have the time of day to check over each day every cham to make sure he/she is safe and healthy.? Do you have the money to pay for any vet bills that will come up if more then one cham gets hurt.? Do you have the money and time to care for each baby that might hatch, whenever they hatch.? Since your looking at them always being together this could happen whenever. Each baby will need its own cage and what not until its of age to be sold. Are you really prepared for what you are asking for right now.?

Just some things to think of.

As of now this is all i do. All my time is put into care and building new enclosures. That and go on many herping expeditions around the state. But only when i have the time to spare. This is by no means a way to become rich. The babies will more than likely only be sold for 10 bucks each since they will be going to a wholesaler. The ball pythons is where the money comes in, this is just another side hobby.

On each baby having its own cage. I have personally never seen anyone do this. But a 1.5x2.5 by 4ft tall cage will be more than enough room for a few 2-3 month old babies.

When they get older, if you can not sell them all, they can't all be housed together. They need separate cages, for the same exact reasons adults need their own cages. You'll run into bully baby chams and the weaker baby chams and they will have to be separated from each other. Not at first, but if you can't sell them after 3-4 months.

yes an no screen on front top and back with wood panels on the sides. Then on the center cages the back would have a wood panel.

They wont be around that long. I know more than one wholesaler who'll be interested and when sell in orders of 50 minimum at a time. No problem there.

Even at that age you still have to carefully watch for bully baby chams as well.

Other then that, and the cages are non see through, I think this will work out a lot better.

The more you love and respect each individual chameleon the better youre gonna be in the long run. this may be just a monetary endeavor to you but no matter what you invest in you want it to be successful and exceed your expectations. thats money money bitch. you want us to recommend you. you want prospective buyers to get jetted in ur direction for bein such a stand up guy. thats how youre gonna excel in the industry. we all tend to recommend against chain "pet stores" and even more specialized companys if they dont breed themselves.

i wanna see you succeed but not by compromising the integrity of your practices. and real educated keepers arent going to want to see you failing to provide basic standards.

the depressing part is us stuck on these forums trying to help new keepers bring their newly purchased chams back to life because of disgusting husbandry practices they were exposed to beforehand thanks to people that couldnt give a shit less and only want a buck.
