Outdoor Misting System Without Hose or Plug?

Hello everyone. I just got a pair of very nice Jacksons and am currently keeping them indoors but am working on building large cage to keep them outdoors since i live in southern Cali.

My question is, are there any misting systems that don't require being connected to a hose or an AC adapter? I really don't want to leave the hose on all day and night and there won't be an outlets available to plug it in.

The only one I have found so far is the Zoo Med Habba Mist, which works on batteries. However I've seen nothing but bad reviews for it.

So, does anyone know of a misting system or a DIY setup that does not require an electrical outlet or hose, that will mist my chams several times a day? Thanks in advance.

Can't you find a timer for the hose faucet? I think there are some mechanical types (non-AC or battery controlled) that you can set to water at specific times. You have to have the hose turned on, but it doesn't actually release the water until the timer trips. Check with nursery suppliers.
