Outdoor enclosures and humidity

Hi guys,
I'm thinking of building an outdoor enclosure around a small bush tree I have in my back yard for my panther chameleon. I'm in Denver and it's super dry here. I have a mist king keeping his indoor enclosure humid during the day and a fogger providing humidity at night. My question is, how long is it safe for him to be outside in lower humidity? I took him outside yesterday for first time and he really loved the tree and being in actual sunlight, but I only kept him out there for about twenty minutes since I worry non stop about humidity here, which is often well below 30%.

As long as it's not too hot for him, should be fine. It gets dry during the day in parts of Madagascar and from my understanding some panther locales are found in these areas.
