the most common chameleons kept are the Panthers, Veilds and Jacksons, and no none of those could take those cold temps without some sort of heat source and that might not even work. It does not get that cold where they live in their natural habitat as far as I know. The panthers and Veilds can take the 90's but they have to have a way to cool off with misting them or whatever. I am not 100% sure of the Jackson's but I don't think they can take temps constantly that high. I know some people down here in FLA that keep their chams(veilds and panthers) out year round with the exception on the days when we get temps in the 30's & 40's which is not too often. They do survive in the heat though, the cold is more of an issue. I suppose if you had a way to heat the cage at night if the temps got below the 50 degree mark you could keep the panthers and veilds outside. Me personally I do not do it! When they are hot I bring them in the AC and when it is cold they come inside also.
