I am not a patient person at all, so I dont really think that chameleon breeding is right for me!!!!! But, finally our eggs have started to hatch!!!!!!!!! I kept looking at them everyday until I decided that wouldnt help at all!!! Then two nights ago I asked my wife to check on them before we went to sleep. She opened up the first box and screamed at at that there was a little green thing in the corner!!!!!! I flew out of bed, and sure enough there he was in the corner looking really pissed!

We have had 3 hatch so far and 2 more on their way now.

Here are some pics.

Any thoughts about lighting and heat for now??? There are at about 75 with no basking light, and a reptisun bulb. I have been misting them 3 times a day and feeding pinhead crix. I have some tiny roaches, would those work also???? I have some fruit flies arriving next week.

Thanks to everyone here who helped us along the way!!!!

Well we started out with 35 eggs, but we lost 10 along the way due to mold or caving in..... I didn't do so well at the start! Then something weird happened...we keep the chams outside during the spring and summer, and in may we had a tornado! I was running around out back real quick trying to get the chams inside, and I ran out of indoor cages! So I had to put penelope in with corbin...and they didn't care there was a tornado outside if you know what I mean! So a few weeks later we had another clutch of eggs from the same female that layed in march!
