Hello everyone I have some new plants and I have washed the leafs so everything is good there but everyone puts organic soil in their plants I was wondering do I have to do organic soil even if I cover up the soil that came with my plants Thanks

i would use organic soi in case any growth supplements pesticide etc in the potted soil would seep into the plant

I used organic potting soil, even while covering up the root ball. It's might be over kill, but I do it. In case, bugs munch on the plants or walk in the water that leaches out.
