Only a dry gutload?

Is there a way to make a dry gutload that provides all or most of th enecessary nutrients to crickets? What are some good dry gutload ideas?Just curious.

Using both a wet and a dry gutload is best, not only for nutrients but also because well hydrated prey contribute to a well hydrated pet chameleon.

I wouldnt use it, no. High in phosphorous, low in calcium (the opposite of what you want).

Using some grains are okay, but only in small quantity.
