My moms a resource aid at an elementary school and she is the same way except we get out on the 18th but we did just have a 5day weekend(memeorial day and 2 furlough days )
Edit:im not in elementary though, just the same district as her

Thank you, Jann! Going to spend time with my kids, and travel to Gulfport, MS to visit my son who is stationed there. Last summer I took 5 grad classes, so I promised myself I wouldn't do any work this summer
