One eye closed

My female Jackson's has had one eye closed periodically for about three hours now. Any reasons? Her dropper is always going, and her eye doesn't look swollen or anything to me. I'll try and get a picture, but she starts to open it when I get close. She was sitting in her ficus when it first happened. Any suggestions?

What you are describing sounds very like the start of the problem I had with my Veiled. I'm honestly not sure about Jacksons as I have never kept one but when it comes to eye problems they could be very similar.

A great ointment I use for eye problems is Terramycin. LLLreptile has it and it has always cleared up eye problems win my chameleons.

also increase mistings and use warm water to help the Cham clean it out himself naturally.
