One eye closed on female panther, worried!

My female panther chameleon has started to close one eye during the day. She opens it when eating food, but closes it again soon after. I'm extremely worried as I don't want anything to happen to her. She has now gone into a shadded area and closed both eyes, or gone to sleep, but all lights are still on.
Any advice on what I should do, should I take her to the vet, or can i help her myself.

I'd say it's time for a vet visit! It could be anything from dehydration to an upper respiratory infection or anything in between. Even posting pics isn't going to help much as it is impossible to diagnose from just a pic! If she is closing both eyes it's time for a vet visit. When in doubt...get her checked out!! That is my motto.
