My male veiled chameleon is on the floor i have caught him trying to sleep there twice now but the first time i sprayed him with waterand he climbed back up. I have seen he is not is eating as much either, but he is not eating too little. He drinks like normal and there are no signs or MBD to suggest he can't climb back up to the branches. The temperature is 90 degrees and at night it drops a little. one thing that might be is that the other night i turned the light off a bit later than i normally would so do you think he is tired, so should i give him an "early night". Any ideas? Also i will boost his calcium intake to try to get him back to normal if this is a good idea?
Reply soon please,
Thanks,

Pictures of him would help us a lot and please fill out the "How to ask for help." form. Then we can go from there.

I would personally contact a vet, if you have a good relationship with your vet you should be able to call and ask some questions. Or stop in and get an exam.

And yes, pictures and this would help.

Putting the lights on a timer and regulating the photoperiod according to local daylight hours might be a good idea. :)
