omg i just got home from work and my dog ozzy opened and ate quite a bit of the reptil multi vit... hes 150 lbs but is it gona like poison him!!!!!!??????

well it was 4 am so i just watched him. i tell you though hes got some energy today! im still going to call just to see if theres an llong term effect like in his liver or something.

Well I'm no vet but I very much doubt that'd be a problem.....how much multivit do you store at home, lol

a 150lbs dog would have to eat alot of it to hurt them i would think.

32 oz reptical multi vit. ate half. herptivite..... think hes fine once ate a whole dishtowel and pooed it out so hes tough...
did call the vet they said it was fine i was just worried cause i knew waldo cant have alot of it and honestly dont know y think for fear of od.... was just worried about my boy.

I would make sure he has plenty of water, if you can entice him to drink extra to flush anything out if you are really worried about side affects

150 lbs is a lot of dog for that to have issues I would think.

That's a big dog.

In the future, if you still have poison control, that's the sort of question you can call and ask. I once called because my 90 pound dog had gotten a hold of my then boyfriend's really strong anti-ulcer medication. At first they were in a bit of a panic because I accurately described Bob the dog as a 6 month old puppy....when I got to the part about him weighing 90 pounds they stopped worrying and told me to do what you did: monitor him for the night and, yes, give lots of liquids.

i work for a vet off a couple times a month and if that was me i would contact posion control. he may seem fine now but later on it could have some serious affect on him never know he could be worse tomorrow or a week or two for now it might have to work down into his system. you can never be to careful about dogs eating something. 150 pound dog or 3 pound dog. i would still be worried.
