they're bearded pygmys. I just got some perlite, and I already have lots of deli containers. Should I take the eggs out right away, or leave them in there for a bit? She's still guarding them, and I don't want to disturb her...

Some people dont take out their eggs at all. They are already in the soil, so most people just let them incubate in the enclosure and take out the babies when they hatch out.
