OMG 1 big eye!! then it went away in 1 min?

so today my men veiled was done eating a butterworm
i was spraying him .. and just watching him for
a few mins.. then he stared at me scrubbed his eye
on a branch and then .. 1 eye got like 3 times
bigger and i realy thought it would explode..
it scared the shit out of me.. so i called the
place where he comes from asap..
and she called (dutch) eye ploping..
it can happen when shedding..
it went away in 1 min to ...
but was so stressed that i forgat to make a picture?
anyone has any idea what it can be??

This is actually a totally normal thing for any Cham. He was simply cleaning his eye of anything that may be bothering him. He will most likely appreciate it if you bumped up the humidity a lil and spayed him lightly with warm water to help aid him in his cleaning. Just watch out for where he rubs his eyes at. My Senegal will bulge her eye out and rub it on a metal bar outside when we go out for sun. I try to discourage her from this but it's her favorite iching spot. Hate to deny her he is fine

warm water still scared the sh.t out of me
