Oliver Queen the Ambanja Chameleon

here is my little Oliver Queen. He loves basking outside, Phoenix Worms, and leaf-walking. Did I mention that he is the cutest thing on the planet?
One thing I'm mildly concerned about is that he's 3.5/4months old now, and he's showing very little color (besides when I took him outside) and isn't growing very fast either. Any thoughts? Again, not too concerned about this.

He is a little cutie but he's never going to grow if all you are feeding him is Phoenix worms. He needs a large variety of well gut loaded feeders. I know you said he doesn't like crickets and supers but have you tried small silkworms? They are excellent feeders. I would also try small roaches, butter worms, small hornworms and house flies. They normally love things that fly around.

He does seem to be small for his age looks more like 2.5 -3 months old. Like what was said you aren't just feeding him Phoenix worms rights? I'm sure he will take off size and color eventually!

I have fruit flies, but im not sure how to give them to him because theyre sooooo tiny. I will try some other stuff too. I was just very happy because now that he is snapping up phoenix worms like no tomorrow, it made me really happy because he hadn't been eating. I guess I was just thinking about the fact that he was actually eating and not what he was eating. I can't find horns small enough for him, I will try roaches and butterworms. I'll try and find some blue bottle flies. Also, if I catch a fly buzzing around my house, can I give it to him? Is there any way to find out if it has parasites or anything?

Contact Linda at lindasgonebuggy.com and she sales value pack of 4 or 5 different feeders for like $20. Tell her you have a baby and ask her to fix you up a baby value pack. BB flies would be to big for him and fruit flies to small. He needs house flies and you can buy them at themantisplace.com they are very cheap.

A vet would need to do a fecal.

Alright...thanks very much for the advice! I don't know what I would do without this forum.
