OK that was different

so i was just watching my 4 month old nosy be panther, as we all do..
but he did the weirdest thing he sort of just let his tounge out, straight down and then pulled it back in, just like a yoyo, he looked totally calm and right after proceded to hand feed a cricket ( witch he is just learning to have the trust todo ) and then shot up 4 more from his dish and cage. all looked perfectly normal and great shots LOL, i am thinnking he was just adjusting his tounge but have never heard or read anything like this so....

I recently saw two of my 5 month old females do this...

One was climbing around and opened her mouth with her head down and let her tongue fall out.. then pulled it back in... Then she started shooting at crickets and everything seemed ok.. but I was perplexed.. then not 5 minutes later her sister did the exact same thing..only she did it twice.

It happened over a month ago and I have not seen them do it again... and none of them have any problems shooting their tongues
