How old is the uvb bulb? are you not using a basking bulb at all?
has your cham recently shed or is about to shed? could there be something in his eye?

Iv been told that my Cham likes it colder than usual so there's no heat lamp he is shedding right now he's been at it for two day

When they shed, they sometimes can get the shed in their eyes. try giving him a warm shower or up your mistings alot. then go from there.
What temps are you keeping him at>

I thought that might be it but iv checked his eye out and there doesn't seem to be any thing in them, but Ill keep a closer eye on him. He stays at. 75 77 most of the day and I turn a fan on when it gets to hot and at night if the cage doesn't get any cooler. Its just been really hot these last couple of days
