The same thing happened to me! I worked in a photo lab for 5 years and never had an ankling for an slr but now that I have chams I am check craigslist constantly for a good deal. I'm even thinkin of staying on the film side!
Mine is a nikon d-3000 an entry level slr, but it does everything I need it to do with out going overboard. it has a great idiot menu for guys like me .Its like have a photography instructor inside the camera
1.5in long,I can barley feel them walk on my hand. yesterday I found a hitchiker on my forearm while cleaning the baby bins .Little warning for me to pay attention!
