I have a male jackson's chameleon about 5 months old. he's been doing great for me since i've got him but i've noticed the past couple days he's been sleeping alot which he's never done before. he use to eat like a champ but the past couple days he has no interests :'( any suggestions what i can do?

In the meantime, I suggest misting him more. Maybe even take him out and give him a shower. Even if his hydration is good, they seem to benefit from a good shower. Also, if you can get him out in natural sunshine for a bit tomorrow, that would help him out. Don't cook him, make sure he has access to shade the whole time he's outside (and keep an eye on him!).

Your Chameleon - Jackson Cham. male about 5 months old, had him for about 2.5 to 3 months
Handling - VERY rarely
Feeding - baby dubia roaches, about 15 to 20 every other day,the dubias get a wide variety
Supplements - ReptiCal once a week
Watering - i use a spray bottle 4 times a day for about 10 to 12 seconds at a time and i always see them drink
Fecal Description - never been tested for parasites but his feces is white and brown which i believe is normal
History - not that would help i believe

Cage Type - all screen 48in tall 30in long 24in wide
Lighting - i use a 10.0 ReptiSun because the breeder i bought them off said thats what she has always used with success. 12hours a day. no heat lamp because it stays temp wise comfortable for them (72 to 75) its also summer where i am so ac is on.
Temperature - overall average 73, lowest is 69
Humidity - humidity is about 60 to 70% from constant spraying
Plants - all fake plants with live sticks
Placement - in my living room in the corner away from the traffic with plants surrounding the cage.
Location - Massachusetts

I know you say his urates are white, but I really feel like you are not providing enough hydration. They use the water for other things, like cleaning their eyes! So, giving them extended "rain" time is good for them. I think the easiest thing to do is target an amount of water to be misted at a time. I would suggest the right amount is at least 1 quart every time you mist (you might not need to mist 5 times if you are misting a full quart every time). I also really believe in drippers for as much of the day as possible. I try for a minimum of 4 hours.

One thing you might want to do is establish a basking point even though you're right, the temps are good. Get a very low wattage incandescent (the kind you can buy at the grocery store). Like 25 watts....put is 10 inches above the cage. That shouldn't increase the temperature much, but it will provide a "warmer, lighter" place your chameleon can go to.
I don't think that's at all critical, I'm just offering it up as an idea.

I agree that hydration is very important. You really need a basking light. Jackson's love to bask. I would have a horizontal branch 6-8" below the top of his cage and set up a incandescent bulb to obtain a basking temp in the low 80's. I use a 40 watt bulb. Just raise it above the cage if necessary to obtain the right temperature. Sleeping during the day is a bad sign, hydration and natural sunlight are probably your best bet to try and get him back on track IMO.
I would also feed him some other feeders besides roaches. Crickets,flies and worms are good. I don't feed my Jackson's roaches as a staple. They just seem a little hard for them to eat. They seem to like a little softer bodied feeders IMO.
