oh no! chameleon grabbing his foot!

I just got back from a vacation, I had my friend take care of him for a week while I was gone. He had seemed fine when I picked him up, but when I had him back at my house, I walked in to see him grabbing his own foot:(:(:(!
I bought him a new UVB 5.0 Compact, and lots of Superworms, Butterworms, Hornworms, and Mealworms. I was already feeeding him supers and mealies so I decided to get some more hoping this would fix the problem. I also picked up some Reptivite which replaced his Herptivite. I also increased his humidity from 40% to 50%. What can I do to prevent this problem form arising again. Sorry for any spelling errors I am typing this in a rush. Any advice is appreciated.

Note: his back left foot grabbed his front left foot.

do you not feed crickets or roaches at all>

supers and mealies aren't the best staples to feed.

do you use calcium on a regular basis?

if it was just one grab, its ok, probably had an itch, or over compensated with the foot, it happens.

repeated grabbing can be a sign of MBD.
