Ok in that case i recommend getting that heat lamp closer to the screen top like four cm off the screen and little or no angle

Right okay ill do that, i hear these need a lot of misting? I don't have a mistking or anything i just use a hand held garden sprayer, how many times a day should i be misting him? I currently mist my panther in the morning then a long misting when i get home from work in the afternoon then another around 3 hours b4 lights out so it can dry up, i don't have drainage in rex's cage yet either, so I'm just Moping up the water with towels after the mist 's , are they kept in similar husbandry as Jackson's ? I still feel that i am not really wiser about these and I'm getting scared now that he isn't in the right conditions, as he is so small and fragile i don't want him to get sick!

Hmm ok if you are not able to provide enough misting then maybe back up the heat light again. Try 8 to 12 cm.

Getting an automatic mister and some drainage in place will save you time in the long run so try to make it happen. My guys get about 40 minutes of continuous mist divided over 4 bursts.
