well, got aother rescue call - this time it is a 9 day!!! old runt Maltese - he is 4 oz ! his cord got wrapped around his leg in the ut/ - and cut off blood sup/ - he will need his rear right leg taken off- I may be fostering him - he is like the size of a hamster ( a tad bigger) - I am going to see him on Sunday - but it depends if my boss will let me take him to work or not- I am doing about 60 hrs a week right now - will sure make for a FULL plate if I do...

BTW! If the boss says no....how is he going to know that there is a 4oz pup in your office/ cubicle??? I mean....Be a ninja

yes, its a puppy he fits on a cell phone
they said YES, he can come to work w/ me - so now all i need to do is make sure the vet will release him, and go pick him up

Bless you Cheryl...the animal world is very fortunate to have people like you.....hope this little man makes it through a very difficult time....will have that little guy in my prayers.

I wonder how big the little guy will get? They are not a big dog anyway right? I envy you, I love tiny creatures, well most of them. I loved holding a tiny premie baby. Could have stayed at the hospital and played all day. I could just raise baby chams for people and consider it a great job. Pictures as soon as you get him.
