Hello yall! Ive had my male veiled cham for almost a month now, and I plan on bringing him to the vet very soon.

The pictures dont do a ton of justice but I noticed near his hind legs he has some odd lumps poking out slightly from his belly, is this normal, and if not what could it be?
Hoping to get answers from the vet soon but im hoping im worrying about nothing

I wonder if the bumps could be from broken ribs or a deformity caused by MBD, or a combination of both.
Here are some images I found that may help to compare to.

This looks to be MBD and broken ribs

Of course, I'm not a professional by any means, just connecting some dots. I think it's certainly worth getting an x-ray when you get to the vet!

Sometimes small bumps like those shown in the pics @LizardLurkin posted can be from calcium deposits and don’t ask me to explain how, but can be related to metabolic bone disease.
I’m wondering more about the larger bump by his vent. Is that the area you are concerned about? It might be stuck hemipenal plugs (aka sperm plugs), which if they are at that size, need a vet to attend to removing. Most definitely a visit with a good vet is your best course of action.
