If your photo was removed it was because it did not meet the size/ratio requirements or it had a visible timestamp.

yes.. but as i stated, more specifically to my photo, it appeared to be fine sizewise.. no time stamp. i will just make it smaller i suppose.

Unfortunately, I'm not a mind reader, it seems my crystal ball cracked, and my magic 8 ball keeps saying "I don't know".
Could you be more specific on what photo is yours?
Can you post it so we can all see it?
Maybe we can be constructive, and try to figure out why you photo was removed.

There are some great photos this month. We had 51 entries and 12 finalists. Some photos that did not make it were quite good. Besides the tough competition, the more common aspects that detracted from photos were background, focus, pixelation, and/or compression artifacts. Good luck to the finalists

Who picks the finalist?

Brad, the creator of this site, picks the finalists himself. Then everyone votes on the finalists, and three judge's assign scores to their top three photos.

All the points are added up and the winner is announced.

Where do I vote? In here? Anywho... I really like Furcifer Pardalis (Nosy Be). The photo is in focus, colorful, has a sense of depth to it and actually kind of cute. The cham is gawking at the little figurine of a cham like "who the hell are you?"
