:o heres my chance!!!

Ok so in my household we are having a diet competition cause we are all slightly overweight. After 2 months I am in the lead(already lost 20lbs). We all got to pick a prize if we won and all the others had to deal with it. So i put my prize as a Jacksons. As most of you know, I DON'T HAVE A CHAM YET!!! Pray for me!!
 
Remember temporary satisfaction is NOT better permanent results!

Stick with it and become a better, healthier you!! As well as get a chameleon out of it! :D

Jackson, excellent choice! 20 pounds! That's awesome! Keep it up!!! Drink nothing but water -that's my one helpful tip. You'd be surprised how much better you'd feel if your a big pop or tea person!
 
Well it depends what kind of tea if he's a snapple drinker then that's obviously not that good but a hot up of green tea can really boost metabolism.

True lol I'm from the south, so when I say tea, I'm talk ion Lipton with a ton of sugar! Haha
 
Good luck!! I would recommend riding a bike for 2-3 hrs. It is a great way to lose a lot of weight. I am a professional cyclist, so I am a bit biased, but riding burns an incredible amount of calories. :)
 
Congrats! I'm definitely an advocate of taking a group class you might enjoy to do exercise. I love dance so I'm taking Zumba a few times a week. My boyfriend on the other hand loves cycling and yoga, so he does spinning and yoga several times a week. Group classes can be a lot of fun and very motivational. You can even come out of it with a few friends!
