So I ordered crickets last week and I got a bunch of d.o.a.s which I wasn't thrilled about. So I called the company, explained what happened and they offered me a half or full replacement. I chose half because I thought that was fair. Well by Sunday a lot more had died off so I called back and said I'll take a full replacement they said no problem. So today the ups guy shows up and he's got two boxes for me instead of one. I read the boxes and realize they doubled up on my replacements! If that isn't GREAT customer service I don't know what is! Needless to say I can't complain.
