so my almost adult male started to shed a while ago but stopped and now I'm starting to get worried I've been doing stuff with remodeling my room so maybe it could be stress im not sure

Shedding issues are related to supplementation, gutload for feeders, and ambient humidity levels... They do however shed slower when they are adults. So it depends on what you mean by awhile ago...
