She is a veiled she has both back paws holding on her tail and as for enviroment she has everything lighting heat and uv and powdered food. I was unaware that females laid eggs. I have moved her to a 10 gallon tank because I was scared she would fall as she was attempting to pull herself up with front hands. Should we add sand or what shoud we do? We have vet appt tomorrow morning Thanks so much everyone Nancy

Could you maybe give some more specifics...like actual cage size in inches and exact temps. What brand lighting and what not. You may think she has everything, which she may, but some people on the forum have a good eye for proper setups. Maybe its the way its setup. Pics would help too.
Vet visit
Thanks everyone After seeing reptilian vet we are hopeful for a life save. Rex is on antibiotics and lquid diet by feeding syringe. Also adviced best way for any reptile to get needed calcium is by dilutable tums. She claims all reptiles can also have crushed tums with calcuim sprinkled on their food as this is much better thn powder bought in pet stores. Hoping to have full recovery but much watch closely for bowel movement if not return to vet, so please keep your fingers crossed and thanks again
