not eating still :(

Hey
I really need some help, Kevin is still not eating infact in a week he has eaten 1 wax worm Dont know what to do???????
I have tried, fruit and veg (he eats kale and spring greens) crickets, locusts, wax worms, calci worm, morio worm, meal worm and fruit grub.
He is still drinking well, has shed and is very lively around his cage (he never really sits still) he is always at the door wanting to climb out and wont stop roaming the cage until I let him out.
His colours are good but even brighter when he is out.
it seems quite clearer that he does not like the cage and i am in the process of up sizing his cage.
I just want him to eat he looks so skinny
Please help, what do i do??

He just sounds distracted or frustrated by his available space. A contented cham will spend more time each day sitting in one or two favorite spots. Chams can easily go a week without eating much of anything. I wouldn't worry so much, but I would finish your cage project to give him as much territory as you can. As long as he's drinking and otherwise acting normally all you can really do is wait him out. Most chams love green insects so a hornworm might interest him, but I suspect until he has the space he seems to want he won't show a lot of interest.

i suggest posting some pics! maybe your he is a she? maybe she is gravid with an infertile clutch and ready to drop her eggs

Hi there, I would suggest filling out the How to ask for help form. It only takes a couple of mins to fill out and will help other members to know what your husbandry, cage, and any problems he may have. Also, posting a couple of pics would be good to identify any physical probs he may have.

* Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
* Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?

* Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
* Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
* Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?

Thanks for replying, I will post pictures tomorrow as he is asleep right now.
I am 100% certain he is male as he has massive spurs.
I have just finished his new cage and again I will post the pics tomorrow.

I have previously filled out a care form but will do it again in case anything needs picking up on.

* Temperature - BASKING TEMP IS 90 DEGREES AND LOWER TEMP IS 74 DEGREES WITH NIGHT TIME TEMP AT 67 DEGREES. MEASURED WITH A DIGITAL THERMOMETER.
* Plants - SOME DECORATIVE FAKE VINES AND 1X REAL UMBRELLA PLANT AND 1X REAL WEEPING FIG
* Placement - CAGE LOCATED IN THE CORNER OF THE LIVING ROOM, NOT TOO HIGH TRAFFIC AREA, ITS SITS ON A TABLE APPROX 2 FOOT OFF THE FLOOR, NO VENTS ETC

unable to get hold of horn worms as I am in the UK and have difficulty with silkies.
