Nosy mitsio or Nosy ankarea?

The last couple of years I have noticed in the pictures of recent post that some of these mitsios have alot of red baring on the flanks and also rings around the tail. My mitsios never showed any red baring at all and only minor hints of red here and there and of course in the usual places eyes, end of limbs and around the mouth. My question is knowing that the Island of mitsio is very difficult reach I have a feeling that these new mitsios are indeed Nosy Ankarea. I cant find any pictures of ankarea so if anyone has any please post them.

I do agree with the possibility of them being snatched from a closer location. Easier, plain and simple.

The Nosy Mitsio I've been seeing lately have alot of red, and even a fair amount of orange. I recently saw a couple for sale, that had hints of blue!

Vince from Screameleons sold me one of his breeders a while back. Showed me what I thought the ideal Mitsio had to offer. Screaming resting green with a crazy yellow coat over the green when fired or asleep. The eyes seem to be bloody red during rest mode. Get to be a notch higher in a neon sense when excited.

I actually went to Vegas on vacation and brought that chameleon with me on the jet and hand delivered to him at the resort where I have a time share. I was scared carrying him on with me but I got through and they saw it and didn't say anything. And that's the story of your mitsio.
