Nosy Be Panther Chameleon not eating

I have a Nosy Be about a year old that has been very stubborn with eating lately. In the winter I had administered antibiotics from the vet for his URI that he successfully finished but luckily got off of because during the cycle his appetite decreased and he went on a small hunger strike. When he recovered his appetite was a little funky, only eating his crickets every now and again. So I switched it up and started hand feeding him super worms and the occasional horn worm. He eventually gave up on the crickets and would only strictly eat super worms. As of late it's been impossible to even get him to eat the super worms, and I'm getting concerned. He will still go for horn worms no matter what but they're obviously not a choice feeder. His weight looks off but he's still active, and as far as I know he's drinking water from the mister. Here is my current set up:

XL cage reptibreeze
150 watt basking lamp
5.0 UVB tube
Mist king system

Your 150 watt basking bulb is a little bit to big! I use 50 watt bulbs in winter & now with summer I'm using 40 watt & it still gets plenty warm for them to bask!
