NOSY- BE PANTHER Chameleon arriving tomorrow morning!!!

Hello all, tomorrow morning I am expecting to get my Nosy Be Panther Chameleon! I'm really excited and i wanted to make sure all was well for him when he arrived.

He is a 14 week old Nosy Be in an 18x 18 x 36 enclosure.
-Has a spider plant and hibiscus plant
- using a little dripper for water... will also be misting and will probably get an automatic mister eventually.
- Basking temp at 83 degrees... ambient heat of 70
- reptisun 5.0 tube lamp
- going to be fed little crickets gutloaded with collard greens and apple
+ calcium dusting

- humidity is just shy of 50... after misting it goes up to 70 but goes down pretty quickly...

How is it looking?

you sound like you know what you're doing.
With the dusting, you want calcium WITH D3 twice a week, without D3 every day, and multivitamin powder twice a month. otherwise you're good.

ya good for you, seem to have done your research. id keep basking 83/84 at the highest for the next month or so. and gutloading i may be wrong but collards might not be good for everyday use, could also throw in more of a variety from what you have at home and a dry mix commercial bought or home made is good idea too. info on gutloading check out sandrachameleon's blogs on the forums.

also remember at some point variety in feeders for that age crickets, fruit flies, bean beetles and phoenix worms are usually pretty easy to find.

good luck with your little guy and post pictures!!!
