I just purchased a cham from chameleon paradise. He was a nosy be sired by super blue, but he is looking like an ambilobe. He has a colorful face and at night he turns yellow and blue at night. I saw some pics of another nosy be male and he was slightly more blue and had a colorful face too. I was wondering what u guys would think. The first pic is at night the rest are in th day. Sorry for the quality.

looks like an ambilobe

he looks cool none the less

maybe give Bruce a call and discuss the issue privately

Only time will tell. How old is he?I bought from and sold to bruce, give him a call he can tell you how others colored out at diffrent ages.Hes A great breeder! Oh thats a great looking boy you got there!!!

if anything i would say Ambanja over Ambilobe...but i would assume Nosy Be if thats what bruce sold him as...never done business with him, but ive only heard good things

I agree with Justin all the way. Hes prob a nosey be but he does resemble some ambanjas ive seen. Todnedo had a gorgeous banja that looked very similar.

He will prob lose alot of that green as he matures though. It will prob start to turn blue as he nears maturity. Just my personal opinion.

In the third pic was he shown a female? to fire up that way? or is that his resting colors?

my mistake, Bruce at Paradise Chameleons told my son this was a cross between an Ambilobe and Nosey Be several weeks ago. He is a beautiful chameleon.
