Nosy be male steal

So I've been searching on the interwebz for some low prices chams. I was looking for a baby Cham, but this ad can't be ignored. Even though I was looking for a baby Cham, I can always breed him. He is a 1 year old male nosy be Cham. Listed for 250 and comes with his cage and lights. If I were to get him, what should I do? Schedule a vet? Replace the lights? Does he look healthy to you guys? For a chameleon having a camera shoved to his face, he seems pretty calm.

As soon as I saw the ad I instantly contacted him and paid half of the price I clicked on that ad 0 to 100 real quick

You should definitely add more branches for him to climb on.

The cage is the only issue I see, add a lot more climbing branches and plants. Schedule a vet appointment a couple days or maybe a week after he settles in.

Oh, and definitely add more branches or vines, and plants. And what is that rock thingy there at the bottom left, hoisted up by... 4-5 wooden block things is it? I can't zoom in and see it well enough.... what is that? Kinda looks like a dish to catch dripper water. Make a drainage system and that can go.
