Nose crust

Today I have noticed my 3 month viel's nose crusting up.

I have read that it is her salt gland secreting excess salt and not a worry some condition
Does any one have an opposing opinion?
How is she getting to much salt?
What should I do?

If it is a little bit of white around the nostrils, then it is nothing to worry about. That is excess salt and minerals. As long as he is getting a varied diet, it should go away after a little while. Contrary popular belief, it is not excess calcium, and you should continue providing supplements regardless of the white crust. Hope this helps!

One nostril just had a little around it and the other one had like a crusted bubble over the entire nostril

I would consider it a sign that she may need a little more hydration. More misting will help keep the crust from building up as much either way.
